At Packaging Vista, we strive to deliver premium, custom packaging solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Since every order is made to order, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness, transparency, and clarity throughout the process.
Custom Orders & Final Sales
All products at Packaging Vista are custom-manufactured based on your specifications. For this reason, all sales are considered final. Refunds or credits are not provided unless an error has been confirmed on our end.
In such cases, we will gladly reprint your order to meet the agreed specifications.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled depending on their stage in production. However, cancellation fees will apply based on the progress of your order:
- Stage 1 – Before Design Processing
Orders canceled prior to entering the design phase will incur a $15 administrative fee plus 5% of the total order value to cover processing and initial setup costs. - Stage 2 – During Design Phase
If canceled while under design development, a minimum of 20% of the total order value will be deducted to cover design work completed. - Stage 3 – Production Stage (Sent to Print)
Cancellation at this stage is not guaranteed. If successfully canceled, a minimum of 50% of the total order value will be charged due to production expenses. - Stage 4 – Shipped Orders
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Important: Design service fees are strictly non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Reporting Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must notify Packaging Vista within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Replacement Process
To qualify for a reprint:
- You must return at least 99% of the received items
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
- Prior written approval from Packaging Vista is required before any return
Shipping Damage Claims
Customers are advised to carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or missing items:
- Report the issue immediately to both the courier service and Packaging Vista
- Claims must be filed within 3 business days of delivery
We cannot process claims that are not reported within this timeframe.
Non-Refundable Charges
Any fees related to rush printing, expedited production, or priority shipping are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Artwork Approval & Printing Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all final artwork and specifications before production begins. Packaging Vista is not liable for errors resulting from:
- Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation mistakes
- Incorrect design placement, orientation, or fonts
- Structural issues such as die-cuts, folds, or dimensions
- Incorrect size specifications
Color Accuracy
We ensure color output is within 90% accuracy of the approved digital proof. For exact color matching, customers must request a physical proof at an additional cost.
