If your packaging arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. If the error is on our end — a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the approved proof — we'll reprint or refund the affected portion of your order.

Custom printing has normal, industry-standard tolerances, and knowing them up front prevents surprises. Full-color CMYK printing can vary slightly between runs and between screen and press, so a small color shift is expected rather than a defect. If exact brand color matters, ask for Pantone (PMS) matching and request a physical sample before your full run — that locks the color in against a real printed reference. The same goes for structure: if fit is critical, a pre-production sample is the reliable way to confirm it.
Because approval is the point of no return, it is worth a careful look. Check spelling and copy, confirm your logo and images are high-resolution, verify the dimensions match your product, and make sure required regulatory text (for CBD, cosmetics, or food) is present and correct. Our designers flag obvious print-readiness issues, but the final content is yours to confirm. If anything looks off, ask for a revised proof — there is no charge and no limit on getting the proof right before press.
