The 8–10 day standard covers most orders, but a few things can shift it in either direction. Simpler jobs — a single-color logo on a stock box style, or a plain unprinted run — often move faster because they skip extra proofing steps. Special finishes such as foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV add a little time, as do very large quantities. The single biggest variable is proof approval: the clock does not start until you sign off on your digital mockup, so replying quickly to the proof is the easiest way to keep your delivery on schedule.
We ship flat-packed wherever the box style allows, which protects the boxes in transit and keeps dimensional-weight freight costs down — you assemble them on arrival, and most styles fold up in seconds with no tape or glue. Larger wholesale runs are boxed in cartons or palletized for safe handling. Every shipment includes tracking so you can plan around the delivery date. If you have a receiving requirement — a liftgate, a residential address, or a specific carrier — mention it when you order and we will accommodate where we can.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders within the contiguous US; orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories ship for an additional fee that we quote up front.
