• Reverse Tuck End (RTE): The top and bottom flaps tuck in from opposite directions. RTE nests more efficiently on the press sheet, which typically lowers material cost, making it the go-to economical choice for supplements, food, and high-volume retail.

Auto-lock and snap-lock bottoms for heavier items

When your product has real weight, a simple tucked bottom may not be enough. We can build your carton with a reinforced base instead:

• Auto-lock (crash-lock / 1-2-3) bottom: Pre-glued so the base locks automatically when you square up the box, speeding up fulfillment on bulk runs.
